Usually it is said that eyes are a reflection of our soul. As other parts of the body eyes are also very important part.
Tiredness of eyes is very common problem among the people. So it is our responsibility to take care of our eyes.
Here are some healthy tips which are very useful for tired eyes
- The people who use computer regularly must do proper check up of their eyes every year.
- If you continuously doing work on computer then you have to give rest your eyes for five to ten minutes.
- If you want that your eyes look fresh then wash your eyes with cold water it is the most effective and cheapest method.
- Mix some drops of lavender oil into water and dip some cotton in it and put it on your eyes. It is very useful remedy to provide you relief from stress.
- Prepare a solution of tea leaves in water and dip cotton pad and place it on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. This remedy will provide you relief from tiredness.
- Cupped some palm and place them on your eyes. It will provide comfort and soothe your eyes.
- You can also get rid from tiredness of eyes by using moisturizer or lubricating oil.
- Do not read any book when you are going to sleep and you must have to maintain distance of one or one and half feet between your eyes and book.
- You must have done some eye exercises because it improves the power of your eyes.
- You can also relax your eyes with warm compresses. Dip cotton in Luke warm water squeeze water from it and place it on your eyes.
- One of the most important exercise of your eyes is that roll your eyes up and down and then side by side and then move your eyes in circle. Repeat this exercise five to ten times.
