The fun for the 53 contestants expected to participate in the 2011 Miss America title has already begun. They are said to have visited the Magic Kingdom and met with most of the characters here.

The contestants represent all the 50 states which include the U.S, Virgin Islands, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

They also visited the main street headed to the Cinderella Castle as is tradition. Some of the characters who met with these contestants include Mickey Mouse, Belle, Cinderella and Minnie Mouse. Later on, after a photo sessions with this group they separated to tour the part individually.

They are said to have visited the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad among other attractions. In addition to this, the contestants also managed to record interviews with and these are expected to air during the broadcast for 2011 Miss America Pageant.
