1. Take Professional Help
If you are stressed, dating can reduce some of the challenges like fatigue, irritability, low self esteem and decreased Libido.
The awareness of stress can decrease the symptoms of this disease to some extent. Therapies and medications are also useful for the treatment.
According to Mental Health America, more than 80% of people who seek treatment get relief from the pain.
2. Taking care
You need to take good care of yourself because you have to take care of your too, when you are in a relationship.
Friedman says, be sure to indulge in the positive self talk. If you are taking medication or you are on therapy. Be faithful towards your treatment.
Take good support from your friends and family and try to be in contact with positive people.
